Every Rotarian, Every Year Update
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the Rotary International Every Rotarian, Every Year initiative!  As a reminder, in November the club was at $1,503 of our $4,000 goal. Currently, we are at in $7,853!  We'll see that number continue to rise with any set quarterly donations, and there is still time for additional donations.

  • Globally: $45,221,827 of $71,237,636

  • District: $202,220 of $282,221

Foundation Calendar Raffle: Sponsors Needed!

Our Foundation Calendar Raffle is beginning the process of looking for sponsors.  If you or someone you know would be interested, please see Ron or Warren.

As a reminder, funds raised from the raffle go towards all the projects we support! If you know of a local organization looking for grant funds, they can put in their request using THIS FORM
By-Laws Amendment
As a reminder, the board is planning to add language to our By-Laws that outlines how a member resigns - we did not have quorum at the December 1st meeting to vote on this, so it will be voted on the next meeting we have at least 20 members attend. Contact Claire with questions.

"“The resignation of any member from this club shall be in writing addressed to the president or secretary. The resigning member will only be charged for dues that have been paid and meals that are owing as of the date the request for resignation was originally delivered to the club officer. No past date for resignation will be accepted. Resigning members must pay his or her final bill for meals and dues within 30 days of billing. If a bill becomes delinquent for more than 30 days, the Club Treasurer will attempt to contact the resigned member for payment of the delinquent charges.  After that time, the account is considered “past due”.  The Club Treasurer will continue to attempt to collect past due amounts.”
TriCon 2026

Registration for TriCon 2026 is open!  TriCon is being held in Wisconsin Dells on April 17-18.  Talk to Claire if you're interested in attending!
