Rotary Club of La Crosse has done significant work in early childhood development, by helping to develop a book in conjunction with pediatricians, neonatologists, and childhood development specialists. The club provides every new parent in the La Crosse area with this 84-page resource guide called "the Brain Game" with support for brain development from birth to three.
