Our Foundation Calendar Raffle begins in July.  Tickets were distributed at our May 6th meeting.  Our goal is to raise $5000 which means 500 tickets sold.  We ask all Rotarians to sell 9 tickets.  To meet our goal it would be around 12 tickets per Rotarian.  Thank you for your support of our Foundation!

The Noon Rotary Foundation presented a $500 check to Eric Brittnacher, Performing Arts Center Director of Wisconsin Rapids, for the upcoming Kids from Wisconsin performance in the PAC in July.  This is special as their is a LHS graduate as a member of Kids from Wisconsin.

 

Join us to help our littlest community members receive the supplies they need.  We are supporting the United Way Diaper Drive being held between Mother's Day and Father's Day (May 13 to June 14).  Please bring diapers of all sizes, diaper rash cream/paste, and unscented wipes to our May and June meetings.

 

Julie Kolark, Principal of WRPS Woodside Elementary School, presented Building Brighter Tomorrows - Partnering for Impact.  Julie shared the importance and the power of partnerships in the Lumberjack community.  Julie further highlighted the Outdoor Play Learning Activity Center (OPLAC) with the goals of experiential learning, academic skill development, enhanced creativity & imagination, social/emotional development, and improved physical health.
