Rotary International's Board has a DEI code of conduct that reflects our core values. This is really nothing new, and really should be what is expected from each of us in all areas of our life. Let's make sure our Club maintains an environment that is collaborative, positive, and healthy for everyone.
The DEI code of conduct asks Rotary members to:
- Use respectful language
- Be supportive
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Celebrate diversity
